Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actress. She is best known for her performances in the films Cowboys & Aliens,The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You as well as for her roles on the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Her current role is Amantha Holden in the Sundance Channel Drama series Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer works as an actress on television and films. She became famous for her roles on Rectify (a comedy) as well as Timeless (a science fiction). Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting d but on the television show All My Children. Her performance was recognized with an Soap Opera Digest Award' for Best Female Newcomer. She mainly appeared in guest roles over the course of several years. Her popularity was rewarded for her character of the character Dr. Erin Jameson in the drama series Hawthorne. Due to her stunning appearance and her acting skills her character slowly garnered an enormous fan base. When she was about twenty years old, her first film part was Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were some of her previous films. The part she played in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the show Timeless in which she portrayed the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer is nominated for Teen Choice Award after her appearance on the show was highly praised by the critics.
